Carolyn Morgan and Scott Morgan’s motions to compel are granted.

Plaintiff Zeferina Duran Narvaez shall serve complete, code-compliant, verified responses without objection to defendant’s form interrogatories (set one), special interrogatories (set one), and requests for production (set one) within 15 days, and produce all responsive documents within 30 days.

Plaintiff Zeferina Duran Narvaez is deemed to have admitted defendant’s requests for admission (set one).

Plaintiff Natalio Abad Duran shall serve complete, code-compliant, verified responses without objection to defendant’s and special interrogatories (set one) and requests for production (set one) within 15 days, and produce all responsive documents within 30 days.
