Plaintiffs Jacob Parsons and Joette Parsons’ motions to compel are granted.

Defendant Brian Barney RFP shall serve complete, code-compliant, verified further responses without objection to defendant’s requests for production (set one), requests for admission (set one), form interrogatories (set one), and special interrogatories (set one) within 15 days, and produce all responsive documents within 30 days. 

Defendant shall pay $1,274.50 to plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs shall give notice.
