Judge: Nathan R. Scott, Case: Parsons v. Barney, Date: 2022-12-02 Tentative Ruling

Plaintiffs Jacob Parsons and Joette Parsons’ motions to compel.

The court posted a tentative ruling before the last hearing proposing to grant the motion.  The court continued the hearing to allow plaintiffs’ counsel to meet and confer with an attorney that defendant said he had just retained.  (See 10/28/22 minute order.)

Since then, no attorney has substituted in for defendant.  Nor have the parties filed any new documents.

Thus, the court awaits to hear from the parties whether they have been able to resolve or narrow the dispute.
