Defendants St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center LLC, Ensign Services Inc., Carolyn Garcia, Mangala Wijesooriya, and Shirley Tittoy’s motion to compel is continued to 10/28/22 at 10 am.

The court has just signed an order appointing a guardian ad litem for plaintiff, which will hopefully allow the parties to resolve this discovery dispute – or at least let them complete briefing on the motion.
