Defendant California Automobile Insurance Company’s motion to compel is granted.  (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 1987.1, 2020.020, 2025.450; see also Vo decl. ¶¶ 3-10 & Exs. A-F.)

Deponent MIT-CAT Expert Restoration Services shall submit to a videotaped deposition within 30 days at Shaver, Korff & Castronovo LLP, 16255 Ventura Bl. #850, Encino, CA 91436, commencing at 2 pm.

Deponent shall produce all documents responsive to the deposition subpoena to defendant at least 10 days before the deposition.

Deponent shall pay $1185 in discovery sanctions to defendant.

Defendant shall give notice.
