Defendant California Automobile Insurance Company’s motion for sanction was continued for hearing from 8/5/22 to allow plaintiffs Alex Quintana and Cam Pham an additional opportunity to comply with the court’s 2/25/22 order. 

Plaintiffs have not complied and do not intend to do so. (See 9/2/22 Status Report, Bhatia decl. ¶¶ 13-14 & Exs. A-B.)

Thus, the court now further grants the motion to impose an evidentiary sanction.

Plaintiffs Alex Quintana and Cam Pham are barred from introducing at trial any evidence that would be responsive to any of defendant’s discovery requests that were addressed in the 2/25/22 order.

Defendant shall give notice.
