Plaintiffs Uriel Reyes Santana and Richard Reyes’s motion to vacate is granted.  (See Code Civ. Proc., § 473, subd. (b).)

The 1/12/23 dismissal is vacated.

An OSC re dismissal of settled case (see Mot. at p. 3) is set for Thu. 8/17/23 at 2 pm in Dept. W2. 

Plaintiff shall file and serve a status report no later than 8/10/23.

Plaintiff shall give notice to anyone entitled to it.
