Defendant William B. Morrill’s motions to compel re form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and requests for production are granted.  (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, 2031.300; see generally Yu decls.)

Plaintiff Nancy Rojo shall serve complete, code-compliant, verified responses without objection to defendant’s form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and requests for production of documents within 10 days, and produce all responsive documents within 20 days.

Defendant’s motion to deem admitted is denied except as to sanctions.  (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280, subd. (c); see also 7/26/22 Mounier decl. ¶¶ 1-4 & Ex. 1.)

Plaintiff shall pay a total of $2125 in discovery sanctions to defendant.

Defendant shall give notice.
