Pursuant to the court’s order entered 09/21/2022, this case was transferred to Supervising Judge Layne Melzer in Department C12.

On 09/22/2022, Judge Melzer reassigned the case to Judge William Claster in Department CX104 of the Civil Complex panel.

The hearings on Plaintiffs Isidro Araiza’s and Rogelio Araiza’s (1) Motion to Compel Responses to Requests to General Form Interrogatories, Employment Form Interrogatories, and Specially Prepared Interrogatories (Sets One); (2) Motion to Compel Responses to Request for Production of Documents (Set One); and (3) Motion to Deem the Truth of Matters Specified in Requests for Admissions (Set One) Admitted have been VACATED.
