Defendants Hung Do and Tam Ngoc Ly (erroneously named as Ly Tam) move to strike portions of the Verified Third Amended Complaint of Plaintiffs Doug Le and Ke Van Nguyen.

On 10/31/2022, Plaintiffs Doug Le and Ke Van Nguyen filed their Fourth Amended Verified Complaint.

The Verified Third Amended Complaint is no longer the operative pleading in this case and the motion to strike portions of the Verified Third Amended Complaint is therefore moot.

Plaintiffs shall give notice of this ruling.
