Defendant Kiam American, Inc. moves to strike portions of the First Amended Complaint of Plaintiff Matthew Parrish.

On 10/12/2022, Plaintiff Matthew Parrish filed his Second Amended Complaint.

The First Amended Complaint is no longer the operative pleading in this case and the motion to strike portions of the First Amended Complaint is therefore moot.
