Motion to Compel Discovery

Plaintiffs Denise Weyant and Richard L. Weyant’s Motion to Compel Further Responses to Plaintiffs’ Requests for Production of Documents, Set One, is taken OFF CALENDAR, without prejudice to the Motion to Compel Further Responses being set for hearing before the arbitrator.

Plaintiffs Denise Weyant and Richard L. Weyant move to compel Defendant FCA US, LLC to produce further verified responses to the Requests for Production of Documents (Set One) Numbers 1, 2, 3, 7, 12, 19, 22, 24, 26, 28, 34, 49, 51, 60, 65, 67, 68, 81, and 82.

On July 10, 2023, the Court granted Defendants FCA US LLC’s and Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram’s Motions to Compel Arbitration. (See ROA #80.) The Court also stayed all proceedings in this action pending completion of the arbitration proceedings. (Ibid.)

Thus, Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Further Responses must be taken off calendar with respect to the court’s docket and must be set for hearing before the arbitrator.

Plaintiffs shall give notice of this ruling.
