Plaintiffs Cheryl DeMarco and James DeMarco’s unopposed motion for clarification of the May 16, 2022, Minute Order is GRANTED, only to the extent that the court clarifies and makes clear the trial date is June 26, 2023.

Motion No. 2:

Plaintiffs Cheryl DeMarco and James DeMarco’s unopposed motion to strike the answer of defendants Amid T. Bahadori, PC, Bahadori & Thomas, LLP, Bahadori Chini, LLP, and Bahadori Law Group, PC (“The Corporate Entities”) is GRANTED. 

Defendants, as corporate entities are not represented by counsel as required by California law.  As such, the answer is improper and not drawn in conformity with California law and is therefore stricken. 

Defendant’s default is hereby entered.
