Plaintiffs Rose on Palms, LLC and 450 East Palm Canyon, LLC’s motion to compel the further deposition of Century-National Insurance Company and Precision Risk Management, Inc.’s PMK Lin Lan is GRANTED as modified. 

Responding Parties shall produce Ms. Lan for deposition on January 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at 21700 Oxnard Street, Suite 1160, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.  Ms. Lan shall testify only as to the following categories identified in the original notice of deposition: Category No. 2; Category No. 3; Category No. 6; Category No. 7(a) and (b); Category No. 8; Category No. 10; Category No. 11; Category No. 12.

The parties may change the date, time or place of deposition by written agreement only.

Sanctions are denied to all parties.
