Petition for Writ of Mandate

Graham Property Management, LLC’s petition for Writ of Mandate ordering and directing the Respondent to hold a new hearing on the Coastal Development Permit sought in CDP Application No. 5-18-0930 is GRANTED, due to the irregularities regarding undisclosed ex parte communications.

Respondent shall revoke its decision in CDP Application No. 5-18-0930 to deny a Coastal Development Permit to Petitioner and conduct a new hearing.  [See Pub. Res. Code § 30328.]

Nothing in this order shall be construed as directing Respondent to either grant or deny the application.  Any such decision shall be based on the evidence presented at the hearing.

Petitioner shall give notice.
