The proof of service for the motion reflects that the declarant lacks personal knowledge of the fact of personal service (e.g. “I caused the motion to be personally served”).  Defendants are ordered to file a competent proof of personal service of the moving papers within five days. Opposition and reply per the Code of Civil Procedure based upon the continued hearing date.
