Defendant Anaheim Arena Management, LLC’s (defendant) motions to compel responses to its first set of special interrogatories are GRANTED. (See Code Civ. Proc., § 2030.290.)

 

Plaintiffs Michel Brooks and Rebecca Brooks are each ORDERED to provide verified responses without objection to defendant’s first set of special interrogatories, within 10 days of notice.

 

Sanctions are GRANTED in the amount of $647.50 in favor of defendant, and jointly and severally against plaintiff Michel Brooks and his counsel of record, Douglas A. Schenck of The Schenck Law Firm, payable within 30 days of notice.
