Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories

Linda White’s Motion to Compel Further Responses to Special Interrogatories, Set No. 2 is GRANTED in part, and DENIED in part. (See Code Civ. Proc. § 2030.300.)

The motion is denied as to Interrogatories No. 71, 77-84, 91-94, 97, and 98 on the grounds that the objections raised have merit.

The motion is granted as to the remaining disputed interrogatories on the grounds that either the objections raised lack merit, or that defendant failed to justify said objections in the opposition.

The court imposes monetary sanctions in the sum of $3,060.00 against defendant Remington Lodging & Hospitality, LLC, payable to counsel for plaintiff within thirty days.

Defendant is ordered to give notice.
