Plaintiff Barrister Realty, Inc.’s motions to compel defendants Tanya Klarich and Wesley N. Taylor to further respond to discovery are DENIED AS MOOT in light of the recently served responses. 

Plaintiff requests sanctions in the amount of $1,935.00 per motion.  For the most part, the motions are duplicative of one another, and thus, so too are the sanctions.  The Court grants sanctions in the amount of $100.00 per motion plus 9 filing fees of $60.00, or a total of $1,440.00.  There are no facts warranting sanctions against Responding Party’s counsel.

Thus, sanctions are granted in the combined amount of $1,440.00 against defendants only.
