Defendants Healthcare Services, Inc.’s, Windstone Addiction Centers, Inc.’s, Timothy Salyer’s, and Zouana Lindsey’s Motion to Compel Compliance with Plaintiff’s Verified Promise During Her Deposition to Produce Records is GRANTED.  (See Code Civ. Proc. § 2025.450.) 

Plaintiff is ordered to serve copies of all records she promised to produce during her deposition within 10 days. 

The Court imposes monetary sanctions against Plaintiff in the sum of $1,050.00, payable to counsel for Defendant within 30 days.
