Defendant / cross-complainant Viking Structural, Inc.’s motion to amend judgment to add non-party Mehryar "Mike" Parsee as an additional judgment debtor is DENIED.  (NEC Electronics, Inc. v. Hurt (1989) 208 Cal.App.3d 772, 778-779 [court’s authority under Code Civ. Proc., § 187 to amend judgment to add judgment debtors].) 

Moving party has not provided sufficient evidence to show that Parsee is the alter ego of plaintiff / cross-defendant Critical Path Construction, LLC, or had control over the litigation.  (Triplett v. Farmers Ins. Exchange (1994) 24 Cal.App.4th 1415, 1422 [requirements for adding alter ego judgment debtor]; Robbins v. Blecher (1996) 52 Cal.App.4th 886, 892 [alter ego requirements]; (Associated Vendors, Inc. v. Oakland Meat Co. (1962) 210 Cal.App.2d 825, 838-840 [alter ego factors].)
