Defendants Lawrence Dunnwald and Joelle Dunnwald’s motion to compel the deposition of plaintiff Rob Michiels is GRANTED AS MODIFIED.

The deposition shall occur on August 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. via zoom or other remote meeting device.  Moving Party shall provide plaintiff with the details of the meeting access information on or before August 3, 2022.

The date, time or location of the deposition may be modified only upon written consent of all parties.

Sanctions are denied.
