Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record

The motion by Treg A. Julander, Ostergar Lattin Julander LLP, to withdraw as counsel for defendant Definition Enterprises is CONTINUED to October 31, 2022, in order for moving party to correct defective service.  There is no proof of service on the client.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362, subd. (d).)  Moving party shall serve the moving papers to the client, along with a notice of continuance, and shall file proof of service of same at least five court days prior to the continued hearing date.
