Motion for Attorney Fees

Defendants Pelican Crest II Community Association and Dennis Katangian’s motion for attorney fees is GRANTED. 

The Court finds that the attorney fees sought are reasonable and authorized by statute.  The Court also finds that the time spent on the demurrer to the complaint was directly relevant to the issues raised in the SLAPP motion (merits of plaintiff’s claims). 

As the prevailing party on the Special Motion to Strike (anti-SLAPP) plaintiff shall pay to defendants the sum of $110,876.50 pursuant to CCP § 425.16(c).
