The court exercises it inherent authority and its powers pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure, section 128 and orders the Notice of Settlement filed on 07/01/22 (ROA 35) vacated.

The court resets this action to the civil active list, and the Court sets a case management conference for October 2, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
