Defendants Misa Steffen Koller Ward, LLP, Michael N. Misa, Martin W. Stefen, Matt S. Koller, and Teresa E. Ward’s unopposed demurrer to the complaint of Ricardo A. Perez is SUSTAINED in its entirety with 10 days leave to amend.

The amended complaint submitted by plaintiff did not submit new facts to support cognizable causes of action.  Instead, the new pleading merely supplements the already defective causes of action in the original pleading. 

The motion to strike is moot.

The motion to dismiss is denied.
