Motion to Consolidate

Defendants Richard Burkholder and Anita Burkholder’s motion to consolidate the instant action, Edwards v. Harbor View Hills Homeowners’ Association, Case No. 2018-01025993, with Burkholder v. Harbor View Hills Homeowners Association, Case No. 2019-01111542, is GRANTED.  (Code Civ. Proc., § 1048, subd. (a) [authorizing consolidation]; Fellner v. Steinbaum (1955) 132 Cal.App.2d 509, 511 [court’s discretion re: consolidation].)

The court orders that both cases are consolidated for the purposes of pre-trial discovery, case management, and trial.

The current 11-7-22 trial date in Case No. 2018-01025993 is vacated.

The current 6-5-23 trial date in Case No. 2019-01111542 will apply to both actions.

Moving parties shall give notice.
