Plaintiff Rachael Mulpas’s (plaintiff) motions to compel responses to her first sets of form interrogatories– employment and requests for production, and to deem the matters in her first set of requests for admission admitted are GRANTED. (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, 2031.300, 2033.280.)

 

Defendant Distractions, Inc. (defendant) is ORDERED to provide verified responses without objection to plaintiff’s first sets form interrogatories–employment and requests for production, including the production of any responsive documents, within 10 days of notice.

 

The matters specified in plaintiff’s first set of requests for admission to defendant are hereby DEEMED ADMITTED.

 

Sanctions are GRANTED in the total amount $1,485 in favor of plaintiff and against defendant, payable within 30 days of notice. (See Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, subd. (c), 2031.300, subd. (c), 2033.280, subd. (c), 2023.050, subd. (a).)

 

Plaintiff shall give notice.
