Defendants Perez Law, APC, Ricardo Antonio Perez and Ricardo Agustin Perez’s motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED.  Moving Parties met their burden showing a valid arbitration agreement between the parties.  Plaintiff has not met her now shifted burden to show the agreement is unenforceable.

This action is stayed pending completion of the arbitration.  An arbitration review hearing is set for                           July 31, 2023 at 9 AM.

Moving parties shall give notice.
