Court is inclined to grant the motion for preference.  However, the Court notes that nine motions have been filed after this motion, including one just as recently as November 7, 2022.  These numerous motions are set for dates in January, March and April 2023.

All counsel are ordered to appear on November 18, 2022 at 9:30 am to discuss meet and confer options and/or vacating motion dates to accommodate a trial date.
