Motion to Set Aside/Vacate Default and Judgment

Defendant IWC Oil & Refinery, LLC’s motion to set aside the default entered October 13, 2022 and the resulting default judgment entered on January 13, 2023 is DENIED as untimely.  The motion was filed more than six months after entry of default. (Code of Civil Procedure, § 473(b).
