The motion is denied as to Special interrogatories #3 through 11, 14, 22, 23, 31, 32, 45, 54, 56, 58. 

The motion is granted as to the remaining interrogatories.

Motion 2:

Plaintiffs Jeffrey and Sandra Whitcomb’s motion to compel Defendant General Motors LLC to further respond to Requests for production of documents #17-22, 28, 31-39, and 42-59 is denied in part and granted in part as follows: 

Denied as to #22, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52. 

The motion is granted as to the remaining requests.

Defendant shall serve further verified, code-compliant responses, without objection, within 20 days.

Sanctions are denied.

Plaintiff shall give notice.
