Defendants Jolly Berry Law, Kevin Jolly, Leah Berry’s motion for terminating sanctions is GRANTED.  The joinder by defendant John Nazarian is GRANTED.  This motion was properly served on plaintiff at plaintiff’s address of record (Counsel for plaintiff substituted out of this case on April 17, 2023.)

Plaintiff is ordered to pay monetary sanctions in the amount of $3,165.00 to the Jolly Berry defendants within thirty (30) days.  Should plaintiff not timely comply with this order, the Court will consider imposing terminating sanctions.
