The deficiency noted in the Court's prior order continuing the motion has been cured. (See ROA 51, Waiver and Consent.) The Court intends to sign the Proposed Order as amended to reflect that the attorney withdrawing from represented is attorney Shillinger, and not 'Darcie A.F. Colihan,' as stated in the Proposed Order, which appears to be in error. (ROA 27, Proposed Order, item 1.) Attorney Shillinger is directed to serve notice of ruling in accordance with the provisions of CCP § 1019.5(a).
