There is no indication that the moving papers or a notice of hearing were served. Additionally, the motion requests a continuance of at least 40 days of the hearing set for June 6, 2023. The hearing on June 6, 2023, already went forward, and the matter was continued to August 22, 2023, which is 78 days later. As such, the motion is moot.
