TENTATIVE RULING

The hearing on Plaintiff Bank of America, N.A.’s motion to enforce settlement is taken OFF-CALENDAR. 

On June 27, 2022, Plaintiff filed a declaration, attesting that Defendant defaulted and it anticipates filing a motion to enforce settlement.  (Danna Decl., ¶¶ 4-5.)  As of this date, no motion has been filed.  The hearing is taken off-calendar.
