TENTATIVE ORDER

Defendant PEYMAN KANGAVARI, M.D.’s Motion for Summary Judgment is CONTINUED to Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. SE-C.

Moving Party to give Notice.  

The Notice of Lodgment in Support of Defendant Peyman Kangavari, M.D.’s Motion for Summary Judgment FILED on February 1, 2022 indicates that 17 Exhibits were lodged with the Court. However, there are no documents attached to the Notice of Lodgment, and there is no indication that the 17 exhibits were physically lodged with this Court. The Court notes that this matter was originally scheduled to be heard on April 2, 2022 in Dept. 31 of the Spring Street Courthouse. 

Generally, the exhibits for an MSJ are attached to a declaration and are electronically filed.  Here, only the Notice of Lodgment appears on the e-court system.  Consequently, this Court has not had an opportunity to review the exhibits. 

This matter is CONTINUED as indicated above and Defendant Peyman Kangavari, M.D. is ORDERED to electronically file a Declaration with the 17 exhibits referenced in the Notice of Lodgment attached, by no later than October 10, 2022.
