TENTATIVE ORDER

As of December 6, 2022, the Court is in receipt of one claim submitted by Claimant Noel L. Vaughan, Jr. Trustee of the Noel L. Vaughan, Jr. Trust UDT DTD 12/12/2015 (“Vaughan”) in the total amount of $22,522.30.  

Surplus funds in the amount of $22,522.30 are disbursed in favor of Vaughan.  

All claims must be filed 15 days prior to the above referenced hearing date, pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code § 2924j(d). The remaining balance of surplus funds shall escheat to the Court pursuant to Government Code Section 68084.1.
