TENTATIVE ORDER

Defendants Sekero One, Inc., Sekero International, Inc., Jong Choi, and Haeun Choi’s unopposed motion to set aside default is GRANTED.  Defendants are ORDERED to file their Answers by September 27, 2022.

Moving Parties to give NOTICE.

Defendants Sekero One, Inc., Sekero International, Inc., Jong Choi, and Haeun Choi move to set aside default pursuant to CCP § 473.

The court is in receipt of Plaintiff’s Declaration, filed on September 9, 2022, wherein Plaintiff indicated that Plaintiff will not oppose the motion to set aside.  (Kim Decl., ¶ 10.)

Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED.  Defendants are ORDERED to file their Answers by September 27, 2022.
