This is a lemon law case.  Plaintiffs Angie Mejia Antunez and Darwin Zambrano apply ex parte to continue trial.  Plaintiffs contend that expert depositions and the deposition of Defendant’s Person Most Qualified still have to be taken.  Trial is currently set for September 17, 2024.  The motion is unopposed.  Plaintiffs' ex parte application is GRANTED.
