Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval of $180,000 Class Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following:

$ 3,500.00 for Plaintiff’s enhancement;

$ 60,000.00 for Attorney’s fees;

$ 11,937.24 for litigation costs; and

$ 10,000.00 for settlement administrator’s fees and costs.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice.
