Having reviewed the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval Order and Judgment, the Court will GRANT the Motion subject to the following:

1.    Plaintiffs’ enhancements, $5,000 to each plaintiff;

2.    Attorney fees $733,260;

3.    Attorney costs $23,059.66;

4.    Class Administrator fees $11,500;

5.    PAGA penalties $200,000 ($150,000 to LWDA, and $50,000 to Aggrieved Employees)

6.    Plaintiffs to file a revised [Proposed] Final Approval Order and Judgment within 5 court days consistent with the above and (1) adding the names of the opt outs in para. 7, (2) deleting para. 14 (the release follows by operation of law), and (3) adding a paragraph setting a Final Accounting hearing.

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service within 5 court days.
