Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval of the $1,750,000.00 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following:

$ 7,500.00 for Plaintiff’s enhancement;

$ 583,333.00 for attorney’s fees;

$ 11,365.13 for litigation costs [Exhibit 3 to the ROA 213, Hawkins Declaration shows a total of $12,029.34 in costs and $664.21 in online research was deducted from this amount. (See Ladas v. California State Auto. Assn. (1993) 19 Cal.App.4^th 761, 776 (fees for legal research, computer or otherwise may be recovered under CCP § 1033.5)];

$ 10,000.00 for Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs; and

$ 95,000 total for PAGA penalties with $71,250.00 to the LWDA (75%) and $23,750.00 (25%) to the aggrieved employees.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service within 5 court day.
