Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Preliminary Approval of the $175,000 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following:

$ 20,000.00 total for Plaintiffs’ enhancement (not to exceed $10,000 for each Plaintiff); 

$ 58,333.33 for attorney’s fees (not to exceed); 

$ 15,000.00 for litigation costs (not to exceed); 

$ 10,000.00 for settlement administrator’s fees and costs (not to exceed); and

$ 15,000.00 to the LWDA (75%) for its share of the total $20,000 PAGA penalties.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA.
