Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following:

$7,500.00 for Plaintiff’s Enhancement;

$ 152,997.00 for attorney’s fees to be allocated 50 / 50 between Cohelan Khoury & Singer and the Law Offices of Sahag Majarian II;

$ 8,845.99 for litigation costs to Cohelan Khoury & Singer (costs for FedEx ($43.40), postage ($19.70) and photocopies ($86) were deducted pursuant to Ladas v. California State Auto. Assn (1993) 19 Cal.App.4^th 761, 776 and CCP § 1033.5);

$ 7,500.00 for Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs; and

$ 10,000 total for PAGA penalties, with $7,500.00 to the LWDA (75%) and $2,500 to the aggrieved employees (25%).

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice.
