Having reviewed the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Approval of PAGA Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion. The LWDA shall receive $750 (75%) and the aggrieved employees shall receive ($250) (25%) of the $1,000 total PAGA penalties.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service within 5 court days.
