Having reviewed the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Court GRANTS the Motion, with the preliminarily approved amounts as follows:

Gross Settlement Amount: $1,190,000

Plaintiffs’ enhancement, not to exceed $2,500 each (total not to exceed $5,000);

Attorney fees, not to exceed $476,000;

Attorney costs, not to exceed $25,000;

Class Administrator fees, not to exceed $10,000;

PAGA penalties $100,000 (75% to LWDA, and 25% to Aggrieved Employees).

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service within 5 court days.
