Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval of $450,000.00 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following:

$ 5,000.00 for Plaintiff’s enhancement; 

$ 148,500.00 for attorney’s fees;

$ $17,947.89 for litigation costs; 

$ 9,000.00 for settlement administrator’s fees and costs; and

$ 35,000 total for PAGA penalties with $ 26,250.00 allocated to the LWDA (75%) and $8,750.00 to the PAGA Members (25%).

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA and file a proof of service within 5 court days.
