Having considered all papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in this matter, the Court GRANTS the Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class and PAGA Action Settlement in the gross amount of $1,035,000.00, subject to the following:

$ 10,000.00 for Plaintiff’s Enhancement (not to exceed);

$ 345,000.00 for Attorney’s Fees (not to exceed); 

$ 20,000.00 for Litigation costs (not to exceed); 

$ 9,700.00 for Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs (not to exceed); and

$ 15,000.00 for the LWDA share of the $20,000 total PAGA penalties.  

Plaintiff should propose a date for the final approval hearing. Final approval hearings are heard on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. in this department. Plaintiff shall file a revised proposed Order with the proposed date for the final approval hearing within 5 court days.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA.
