Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Preliminary Approval of $472,500.00 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following not to exceed disbursements:

$ 7,500.00 for Plaintiff’s Enhancement

$ 165,375.00 for Attorney’s Fees  

$ 20,000.00 for Litigation Costs 

$ 9,500.00 for Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs

$ 18,750.00 for the LWDA share of the total $25,000 total for PAGA penalties.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA, and file a proof of service within 5 court days.
